Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account or original method of payment, within a 10 working days.
Cancellations:
Will I get a refund if I cancel my order?
Yes, you will get a full refund if you cancel your order before it is shipped . However, If the product is shipped already, you will not be eligible to cancel your order.
Since we process orders normally within 6 to 8 hours. If you wish to cancel your order, you need to notify us within 6 to 8 hours of your ordering you may do so to avoid any further issues.
We do not entertain cancellations for the reason -ordered by mistake or changed your mind, size not correct etc. Also cancellations will not be allowed on discounted products and if you have used any discount coupons or bought the item in any ongoing store sale.
