At Chefs code we do our absolute best to ensure that our product descriptions are as in-depth as possible so that you will not encounter any unexpected surprises when you receive our products.
We have adopted all the necessary steps to ensure that you receive your products on time, one of which is by partnering with a large network of couriers to deliver your products at the fastest time possible.
Your product will be delivered to you within 7-8 working days on normal state of affairs. However, due to Covid-19, the interstate delivery may take upto 10-12 days. Also would like to mention that any customized orders will take atleast 15-20 days to be delivered.
If you are canceling your order before been shipped or haven’t got it delivered or the order is lost, you would be eligible for the refund of the order amount. *conditions apply
Returns
We accept returns only for the following reasons:
The products were damaged when you got it delivered (We would like to receive photos of the same- This will help us to correct the flaws in our shipping and shipping partner to improve our packing )
You received a wrong item
We do not entertain returns for products that you have ordered by mistake. We always recommend that you make sure that the product, quantities and all other attributes are in accordance with your needs.
Size not matched
The sizes that we have mentioned are according to the standard size, so kindly request you to order it according to your size (Shirt size/ Chest size etc).Still if there is an issue In the size , if you bought a over sized or under sized
Unknowingly then depending on the product type we can take the decision, but the shipping charges has to be borne by the customer.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items reported after 3 working days from the delivery date will NOT be eligible for a refund or replacement.
If you wish to return the product within 3 days from the date of delivery due to a damaged product or wrong product delivery, the returning items
Should be in an unused condition
Should be returned in the original packaging
Should be sent through a trusted and reliable courier with tracking and shipping cost to be given by the customer.
If the products you have received is damaged due to shipping or delivered the wrong order, we offer a free replacement for the products that you had originally ordered. But for this we need an Video or images of the damaged product in order to proceed with replacement.
We will not be able to arrange a return pickup , instead you need to return the parcel through your nearest courier partner Returns address is mentioned in our website
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, items on sale, special discounts and offers are not eligible for return or refund.
